A Labour Market Investigation of the HVACR Sector (pdf)

The Construction Sector Council (CSC), in partnership with the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) industry, has undertaken an assessment of labour market conditions. Evidence of human resource challenges has been accumulating for years and surveys confirm that employers see these problems as limiting their capacity to expand their businesses and improve profitability. This report describes the research, findings, associated recommendations and next steps.
